Property Description and Location

The Kenville Gold Mine property consists of 15 Crown Granted mineral claims (the “Crown Grants”), 3 staked mineral claims and 3 parcels of deeded surface property. The relationship details and infrastructure layouts contained on the grants and claims are shown in assorted satellite image based map sheets in Satellite Photo 1. They are all owned by Anglo Swiss Resources Inc. (under the computer based tenure system operated by the government of British Columbia). The area of concern of this report covers a portion of that property suite blocked out on the east bank of Eagle Creek known as the 257 Level of the main Mine. The Mine consists of 6 levels and the 257 is located on level 5 at an elevation of 2570 feet (783 metres) ASL.  While the Mine levels are connected by ramps and shafts the main access to each of the levels is by way of portals that have over the decades slumped and become unsafe to enter. This lack of current safe access has limited the detailed evaluation to the 257 Level. A more general evaluation of the Mine property has been included in the report to provide general future exploration and historical diamond drill data reference.

The main property blocks are noted under tenure # 515974, 305573, 305575, lots No. 101, 102, 2550, 2551, 2557, 2559, 3691, 4757, 4758, 4787, 4788, 4789, 3926, 3927 and 3928. The tenure #515974 refers to 8 former staked mineral claims all grouped in 2006 under this mineral cell number. The rest of the tenure refers to valid Crown Granted mineral claims.  The property suite is centered roughly on Latitude 49 degrees 27’30” N and longitude 117 degrees 23’W which places it on the NTS map sheet 82F/6W. It is generally described as being on the northern slope of Toad Mountain, 8 km west of the City of Nelson, British Columbia.  The original Mine workings extended right down to the south shore of the river where the mill was located. The mill would have been located on the current Mine claims.

The Crown Grants have yearly lease payments to the British Columbia government. The main property block in the study area, 515974, 305573 and 305575 together comprise 335.82 hectares and are in good standing until March 9, 2016.
