Vancouver, British Columbia (TSX Venture: ASW) (OTCBB: ASWRF), January 28, 2009 2pm PST– Anglo Swiss Resources Inc. ("Anglo Swiss") has extended the expiration date related to 5,352,500 warrants for flow through common shares and 1,147,500 non-flow through common shares issued in a private placement completed on August 10, 2007.
The warrant expiration date will be amended from February 10, 2009 to August 10, 2009, subject to regulatory approval. The exercise price remains unchanged.
