No drilling was done by the writer in this program. Permits for new underground and surface programs for 2009 and 2010 are at the application stage. At least three 300 metre diamond drill holes as re-attempts under the old permit are planned for the fall of 2009. The holes are expected to be drilled from a single pad located just south and west of the 275 adit portal. However, changes may be required as numerous underground workings both mapped and un-mapped exist below this site. The proposed drill pad is shown on Map 3 of this report.

A significant number of diamond drill holes were established during the development of the Mine. Only some of the records from the mid 1940’s and the newer records exist. A lot of the records were lost or destroyed when the property footprints and ownership changed over the years. Most of the data for the Mine workings above and to the east of the 257 Level have been lost. Those records that remain assist in detailing the complex structural nature of the Kenville Mine area.

Diamond drill programs (NQ core) were carried out by Teck Exploration Ltd in 1995 and 1996, with 5 holes totalling 1142.3 metres drilled in 1995 and 7 holes totalling 1317.4 metres in 1996. Mr. Greg Thomson P.Geo. was the geologist in charge of all of the logging and analysis of the Teck and subsequent Anglo Swiss drilling programs. Several zones of quartz vein hosted-high grade gold mineralization and disseminated/ alteration-related copper (silver, molybdenum) mineralization were discovered during these drill programs. (Assessment reports 24303, 24879)

Recent diamond drilling at the Kenville property was carried out in both 2007 and 2008. The 2007 diamond drill program was carried out from October 11 to October 31, 2007, while the 2008 diamond drill program was carried out from May 6 to September 15, 2008.

In October of 2007, the Company carried out a diamond drill program consisting of 5 (NTW core) drill holes totalling 1417.2 metres. These 5 drill holes were drilled from three set-up locations on the west side of the Kenville property. The drill holes were drilled in relatively close proximity of one another, with 4 of the holes drilled from west to east and one hole drilled steeply towards the west.

The 2007 drill holes were drilled to test prospective areas of coincident geochemical and IP chargeability anomalies, possibly reflecting a potential copper-gold porphyry target. Although economic porphyry type mineralization was not observed during this drill program, high grade gold and silver bearing quartz veins were intercepted in the last two drill holes of the 2007 drill program. The two drill holes (AK07-04 and AK07-05) were drilled from a common set-up, with their vein intercepts now recognized as part of the north to northwesterly striking, northeast dipping Eagle vein system. The Eagle vein system lies on the west side of Eagle Creek, immediately west of the Kenville Mine workings.
