Anglo Swiss Resources Arranges Private Placement

NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION IN THE UNITED STATES

Anglo Swiss Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 flow through shares of the Corporation (the “FT Shares”) at $0.10 per FT Share, and up to 6,250,000 working capital units of the Corporation (the “WC Units”) at $0.08 per WC Unit. Each WC Unit shall consist of one (1) common share and one-half (1/2) of one common share purchase warrant, (each whole, a “Warrant”) of the Corporation. Each Warrant shall entitle the holder to acquire one (1) additional common share of the Corporation at an exercise price of $0.12 for a period of 18 months from closing.

Anglo Swiss Board Strengthened with the Appointments of Todd Keast, Blair Zaritsky and Jari Paakki

Anglo Swiss Resources Inc. today announced that at the Annual General Meeting held on Friday, September 16, 2011 in Toronto, a quorum was present, all resolutions were passed, and that Todd Keast, Blair Zaritsky, and recently appointed CEO, Jari Paakki, were elected as directors of the Company joining incumbent directors Tom Obradovich, David Constable, and Chris Robbins who were re-elected.

Anglo Swiss Extends Private Placement

Anglo Swiss Resources Inc. today announced that due to the summer holiday season, it sought and was granted a thirty (30) day extension by the TSX Venture Exchange to close the remainder of the private placement announced via news release July 26, 2011 and referenced August 9, 2011.  For full particulars of the private placement, please see the Company’s press release dated July 26, 2011.
