Jari Paakki

M.Sc., P.Geo Chief Executive Officer & Director


Jari is a Professional Geologist with 20 years of experience in gold and base metal exploration covering a broad range of deposit types, environments and exploration methodologies. Jari also has extensive junior resource company management experience and a demonstrated ability to create a strong technical team, manage staff and contractors, obtain permits, manage budgets, and negotiate JV/Option Agreements. Jari has also successfully liaised with various government agencies and indigenous groups during his career. Further, he has a track record of successfully advancing projects at all levels and a history of exploration discoveries. Jari began his career with Falconbridge Limited in nickel-copper and VMS exploration, and subsequently spent twelve years with Teck Exploration/Teck Cominco Limited in increasingly senior roles, which culminated in the position of Senior Geologist. During his time with Teck, he was involved in numerous projects including the supervision of regional and near-mine exploration around the Hemlo gold deposit, which resulted in the discovery of new gold prospects, as well as successful project generation initiatives throughout eastern Canada targeting primarily gold, VMS, and nickel-copper-PGE deposits. Most recently, he has held positions of VP Exploration and Project Development, notably for Blackstone Ventures where he developed and implemented exploration activities in Norway and Sweden. These programs ranged from grassroots projects, where he outlined an unexplored VMS copper-zinc-gold belt and discovered significant new Fe Oxide-Copper-Gold (IOCG) targets in the world-class Kiruna District, through to resource definition level projects, which resulted in an NI43-101 compliant resource estimate totaling over 300 million pounds of combined nickel and copper.  Mr. Paakki obtained his BSc and MSc (Geology) from Laurentian University in Sudbury.




Christopher C. Robbins

Vice President & Director


Chris is a Vice President of the company and has been a director since 1994. He has more than 20 years’ experience in public relations, corporate governance & financing, both in public & private sectors. Prior to Anglo Swiss, Mr. Robbins was a consultant to a telecommunications firm, which also went public. Mr. Robbins resides in Vancouver, British Columbia.




Thomas J. Obradovich

Director


Thomas joined the Anglo Swiss board in 2009. He is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines in Mining Technology and Advanced Field Geophysics. He has a wide range of experience in mining, exploration, development and financing. He co-founded Canadian Royalties Inc., and was one of the key players behind Aurelian Resources Inc., which discovered the Fruta Del Norte gold deposit in Ecuador that was later acquired by Kinross for $1.2 billion. He currently operates a private exploration company known as Canadian Continental Exploration Corp.




Blair Zaritsky

CA, B.Sc. (Economics), B.A. (Accounting) Director


Blair is a chartered accountant with over eleven years of practical experience and exposure to various types of public and private engagements and clients, as well as experience specific to the mineral exploration industry related to various senior officer roles held during the past several years. He has extensive public company experience with TSX, TSXV and CNSX Exchange listed companies. Blair currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for two junior exploration companies focused on gold and copper - Braeval Mining Corporation and Oban Exploration Limited. Prior to that he acted as Corporate Controller for INV Metals Inc. following eight years in public practice as a Manager with Smith Nixon LLP. 
His skill set includes international business experience, gained while working in Australia as a chartered accountant and while managing offices for INV Metals in Brazil and in Namibia. He obtained his B.Sc. (Economics) from the University of Western Ontario, as well as a B.A (Accounting) from Brock University.




Todd Keast

B.Sc. (Hons. Geology), P.Geo Director


Todd is a professional geologist with over 24 years of hands on field exploration experience, combined with numerous years of senior management and public company experience. He has been a consulting geologist since 1996 and has been employed by exploration companies throughout Ontario, Quebec, and Manitoba and has extensive experience and a successful track record exploring for gold, volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS), nickel-copper sulphide and industrial minerals. His skill set includes expertise from grassroots target generation through to deposit discovery including resource evaluation, environmental permitting, stakeholder relations and preliminary economic evaluation He currently serves as the President, and is a co-founder, of Manitou Gold Inc. and has been both a director and Vice President of Exploration for Canadian Arrow Mines Ltd.  since 2006. Prior to that Todd served as the Exploration Manager for Canadian Royalties Inc.  He holds a B.Sc. Geology (Hons), 1986, from the University of Manitoba and is a Professional Geoscientist registered in the Province of Ontario.




David Constable

BSc (Hons. Geology), MBA (Hons.), ICD.D
Special Advisor to the Board


David is an exploration geologist with more than 40 years of varied experience in precious, base metal and uranium exploration and development throughout North and South America, Australia and Asia.  Since 1996 he has focused on financing and marketing of junior and mid-tier resource companies, both as an Investor Relations professional and as a director.  David was Vice President Investor Relations for Normandy Mining until their acquisition by Newmont Gold in 2002.  He then joined FNX Mining Company in the same capacity, where he was a key part of the management team which grew FNX from a junior explorer to a multi-billion dollar producer in just five years.  He went into semi-retirement after FNX merged with Quadra Mining in mid-2010.  David also served on the board of Aquiline Resources until it was sold for $660 million in 2009.  He has an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Canadian Directors and currently sits on the boards of Sandspring Resources, Magma Metals, U3O8 Corp and Tiger Resources.
